Three years experience coordinating community service programs to teach employment strategies, truant support for youth at risk and formulating deferred prosecution agreements, Outagamie County, WI court agencies.

Ten years as a therapeutic mentor teaching life skills to youth with mental health problems in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Trained in teaching 12-step self help programs, crisis intervention, anger reduction therapies and the seven challenges criminogenic needs program.
